Does blogging and waterfront properties have anything in common?

As I was filling out the multiple listing service input information for the listing at Venice in Deering Bay, Coral Gables, thoughts of fun and excitement came over me as I was choosing the words to describe this property: lagoon, no bridges to bay, golf course, marinas, spacious balconies with views to the gardens, the marina, the bike and jog trail, and the sunrise. Blogging has not been one of my past times and repeatedly I have begged my staff to take it up on my behalf but have found no takers. Over the last couple of years I have read multiple articles on suggested topics to blog about like the community I live in, food and restaurants, monuments, events, etc. but the creative juices would not flow.

Pondering on the Deering Bay community with its Arnold Palmer golf and country club, its three marinas, and the many amenities it has to offer, it dawned on me that the one thing that I have always been passionate about is the water. Waterfront properties whether they are on a lagoon, lake, pond, waterfall, bay, or direct on the ocean motivates me like no other.  The marketing of 13647 Deering Bay Drive unit is going to keep me very motivated from beginning to end. I normally get excited about pretty much anything I get involved with but preparing the details of this waterfront unit for sale got me thinking. Well, if I concentrate on waterfront properties, I can make friends with like-minded people and find happy buyers and sellers who may have interest in similar activities like boating, fishing, canoeing, swimming and scuba diving.

Years ago when I started full-time in real estate, I dreamt of having a boat to take buyers to see the waterfront properties. It was a happy dream.
